
Kathleen N. asked if we could give her a good recipe for whole grain pizza dough. Here's an even easier idea: make home-made pizzas using whole grain pita for crust.
Just stick the pita on a cookie sheet or perforated pizza tray (even better), add tomato sauce, cheese, veggies, and anything else you like, then bake at 350° F for about 15-20 minutes.
